The purpose of this study, the relationship between personality characteristics and resiliency with job satisfaction at the Razi University of Kermanshah. The study method descriptive- correlational. The statistical study population consisted of all employees were working in 1395 at Razi University in Kermanshah. According to Cochran formula using simple random sampling method, 150 of them were selected as sample. The data collection tool contains three standard questionnaires; New Personality Five-Factor Inventory (NEO), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RIS) and Job satisfaction Specter Scale (JSS), The reliability and validity were confirmed. To analyze the data of Pearson correlation test and Stepwise regression analysis was used. The results showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between job satisfaction and resiliency as well as between personality traits of extraversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness and there was a significant positive correlation while the characteristics of neuroticism and agreeableness with job satisfaction was a negative and significant correlation.
