sexual satisfaction as a correlative variable of marital satisfaction has a key role in continues of marital life of couples. This research administrated with the goal of studying sexual satisfaction and its correlation with marital satisfaction in married women. This research is descriptive and correlation. So, 200 married women of Esfahan City were selected that answered to the scales like Hendricks Relationship Assessment scale, sexual Satisfaction Scale and some open questions. Results from Pearson correlation test of data showed that 11/5% of women had low sexual satisfaction, 44/5% had average sexual satisfaction and 44% were high sexual satisfied. Also, the results showed significant positive correlation between marital satisfaction, sexual satisfaction, quality of orgasm, Frequency of intercourse in a week and the duration of intercourse and some demographic variables like age of women, length of marriage and education. Sexual satisfaction and marital satisfaction as correlative constructs has relationship with numerous sexual and non-sexual variables. Identifying these variables contribute to improving relations of couples and continuity of marital life.
