Introduction: This study Investigation based teaching methods on neuropsychological skills on improving cognitive skills of students with disabilities learning reading.The research method was experimental and pretest - posttest control group design was used. For this purpose the students with Learning Disabilities in the Isfahan read in 2016-17using multi-stage sampling method and according to the criteria for inclusion 45 students into two groups neuropsychological skills (15) and multimedia training (n =15) and control group (n =15) were assigned. Collect information from the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children Fourth Edition (WISC_IV) and Karaminori dyslexia test was used. Data obtained by multivariate analysis of covariance (Mancova) were analyzed. The results showed that the three groups there was no significant difference in post-test and control(P<0/05). The results showed that educational interventions based on the growth of multimedia teaching skills neuropsychological and cognitive skills (executive function, working memory and attention) has been effective and led to a significant increase in performance in the experimental groups than the control group at posttest been(P<0/05). And led to a significant increase in performance in the experimental groups than the control group at posttest been(P>0/05). It can be concluded from the results of neuropsychological skills and modern multimedia teaching methods to stimulate the potential of school students are learning disabilities, as therapies that can be used in clinics and centers of learning.
