This research aimed to identify psychological, social, and cultural factors of the psychological well-being of Iranian women aged 25 to 35. The approach of this qualitative research was grounded theory. For this purpose, 13 women specialists were purposefully selected from the city of Tehran in 2019-2022 and interviewed until the data was saturated. Data collection and analysis were done in three stages open, central, and selective coding based on the approach of Strauss and Corbin (2014). From 998 open codes, 22 factors were obtained, which include poor cultural perception, failure to accept changes in women's expectations, inability to manage limitations, lack of meaning in life, postponement of roles, negative perfectionism, prioritization of external needs, and ignoring individual differences and talents can lead to well-being. to challenge Iranian women aged 25 to 35 psychologically. Culture, family, and education were the moderating factors and gender satisfaction, emotional management ability, responsibility, and adaptability were mediating factors that can influence it. Updating the science of psychology, social support, rebuilding values, reviving real social relationships over virtual relationships, updating education programs, raising mental health literacy, and culturalizing virtual space were the factors that promoted it. The findings of this research have highlighted the definition of psychological well-being of Iranian women and its theoretical foundations, and paying attention to its findings will lead to the expansion of the concept of psychological well-being in other cultures.
