The present study was conducted to compare quality of life, body image, and resilience in girls with and without premenstrual syndrome. The type of descriptive research and its method was causal-comparative. The statistical population included all unmarried female students of psychology at Islamic Azad University, Rasht branch in the academic year of 2022-2023 in the number of 390 people, of which 120 people (60 people with premenstrual syndrome and 60 people without premenstrual syndrome) were selected by sampling in available were selected as samples. To collect data from premenstrual syndrome screening questionnaires (PSST) by Bernstein (2007), quality of life (QLQ) by the World Health Organization (1996), body image (BIQ) by Cash & et al (1990) and Tab (RQ) Connor and Davidson (2003) was used. The statistical method of multivariate analysis of variance was used to analyze the data. The findings of the research showed that there was a significant difference between quality of life, body image, and resilience in girls with and without premenstrual syndrome. The mean scores of the group of girls without premenstrual syndrome were higher than the group of girls with premenstrual syndrome (p<0.05). Based on the findings of the present research, it can be concluded that quality of life, body image, and resilience are structures that are effective in improving life plans in girls with premenstrual syndrome.
