Background- Materials: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the efficiency of leadership and conflict management strategies on creativity Imam Reza Hospital staff, the city of Amol.

Methods: Descriptive research method of structural equations and the study design is applied. The population consisted of 622 employees of the hospital. The Cochrane formula 225 employees were selected by random sampling. Abedi creativity questionnaire, Robbins' Conflict Management Strategy and Leadership Questionnaire and multiple bus and Olive was used. Datusing Pearson correlation, multiple regression using the same method and SPSS21 were analyzed.

Results:There are two components of conflict management and employee creativity. There is a relationship between the efficiency of leadership and employee creativity. Regression analysis showed that the cooperation, avoidance, satisfaction, and effectiveness of employee creativity predict additional effort.

Conclusion: The effectiveness of leadership and conflict management personnel could have an impact on creativity.
