The purpose of this study was to investigate the development of two variables of memory and visual perception. For this purpose, 129 pre-primary, elementary and 3rd grade elementary school students were selected by available sampling method. The female students in this study were 69 and the male students were 60. The development of perceptual and visual memory of these students was measured using the Rey-Osterrieth complex figure. ANOVA and Tukey's post hoc test were used to compare memory and visual perception in three age groups. In the end, the results of this study showed that memory and visual perception would improve with age, and this improvement would increase with an increase in educational level.
