The present study is based on a qualitative approach conducted to identify the effective factors on the resiliency in women with breast cancer. The study population was all the women with breast cancer who were referred to Shohada-e Tajrish hospital (Tehran, Iran) and underwent radiotherapy in 2019. The sample was purposefully entered into the study, and the sampling process continued until data saturation; The final sampling consisted of 10 individuals. Participants answered the semi-constructed interview questions, and content analysis (thematic) was used to analyze the data. Results indicated that effective factors on the resiliency in these patients were clustered into the following themes: social support, patience and endurance, life expectancy, presence of loved ones, and ultimately, acceptance. Considering these factors in the treatment process by medical centers and their staff can help patients cope with their conditions.
