for many years, meaning of work was to meet needs, physical and financial resources for human. in this times, work was consists of samples activities and easy to learn. so people do routine work duties for lifetime. survived goals were major ressoon for work. with population grow and increasing diversity and complexity of work, progress and successfully paradigm was more comprehensive. in this time, most people percieve work as a vertical ladder that want rising from it and want to progress, prosperity and success. many persons strive for success went to the top of the ladder and suddenly looked traveled path. in this new perspective was raised new questions. wheter the ladder is leaning against the wall right? questions that want meaning and calling in the new era of occupation and human activitis. this paper presents an overview of the three meanings and work oreintation in line wirh the paradigm of listed above and study relevant research findings.
