The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of psychological hardiness and creativity in the prediction of job satisfaction of nurses. The method is descriptive - correlation and statistical population included all male and female nurses living in the city of Sanandaj. The sample consisted of 120 nurses (60 females, 60 males), which were selected using multistage cluster sampling (cluster random sampling).To gather information, Hardiness Questionnaire of Ahvaz, O'Neill et al’s creativity questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire and Ruth Berry Field were used. Data obtained were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple Regression .the current questioner filled up by 120 nurses. this result indicates that creativity is positively and significantly correlated with job satisfaction (P> 0/01, r=0/485 ) and psychological hardiness (P> 0/01, r=0/582). The model predicts, 56% of psychological hardiness and 35% of creativity in contribution to job satisfaction prediction (P> 0/01). Then, psychological hardiness and creativity can predict job satisfaction The findings of this study found out that , psychological hardness and creativity can on job satisfaction in nurses societies, then this issue can more effective for mental and physical human beings.
