Research tools were self-concept (CSCS) by Peirs-Harris questionnaire (1969) and shyness (RSS) by Cheek and Briggs (1990) questionnaire. The research data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance test. The finding showed that by controlling the pre-test effect, there was a significant difference between the average post-test self-concept and shyness in the two experimental and control at level 0/05. The findings suggest that Emotion regulation training is an effective strategy the heart is self-centered and shy.
