Based on acceptance and commitment therapy can increase psychological flexibility And promoting mental health and quality of life in people. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) on quality of life and marital satisfaction of the mothers were housewives. Quasi-experimental study with pre-post test Was conducted with a control group. The study sample homemaker mothers with preschool children in Branch were among the first to determine the sample size of 3 preschool Cluster randomly selected from all of homemaker mothers were asked to respond to a questionnaire on quality of life and marital satisfaction  And among those who scored higher (according to the standard cut-off point) won the test  As study samples of 40 individuals using randomly selected  And in both control and experimental groups that each group had 20 patients were replaced.  After running the QOL questionnaire and ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Both the control and experimental groups, the experimental group for 8 sessions And each session lasts 90 minutes participated in training sessions on acceptance and commitment therapy, None of the members of the control group did not participate in training sessions. After completing the course, The questionnaire was administered in both groups after 45 days follow-up test And data pre - test and track using analysis of covariance  And were analyzed using Spss-23 software.  Data analysis showed that based on acceptance and commitment therapy, Quality of life and its components as well as marital satisfaction in participants The experimental group compared with the control group significantly increased. According to the study's findings, based on acceptance and commitment therapy, Improving quality of life and marital satisfaction mother is a housewife And represents new horizons in clinical interventions can be As an effective intervention to benefit the quality of life and marital satisfaction.
