For collecting data, the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire -II (AAQ-II), the Self-Compassion Scale (SCS), the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) were used. Results were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between psychological flexibility and self-compassion with burnout. 23% of the variance of job burnout variables is predicted by psychological flexibility and self-compassion.
