Abstract: (22 Views)
The present study aimed to examine the mediating role of organizational capital and psychological capital in the relationship between servant leadership and well-being-oriented human resource management in education. This descriptive-correlational study employed structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population consisted of principals, vice-principals, and teachers of lower and upper secondary schools in Khorramabad during the 2024–2025 academic year, from which 285 individuals were selected through simple random sampling. The research instruments included the Well-Being-Oriented Human Resource Management Questionnaire (WBO-HRM; Cooper, 2019), the Servant Leadership Questionnaire (SLQ; Gholipour & Hazrati, 2009), the Intellectual Capital Questionnaire (ICQ; Bontis, 1998), and the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ; Luthans, 2007). Data were analyzed using SEM. The results indicated a good fit of the model. The results revealed that servant leadership, organizational capital, and psychological capital could directly predict well-being-oriented human resource management (p<0.05). In addition, servant leadership could directly predict organizational capital and psychological capital (p<0.05). Furthermore, servant leadership could also indirectly predict well-being-oriented human resource management through organizational and psychological capital (p<0.05). These findings suggest that servant leadership, concerning the significant role of organizational and psychological capital, can be an explanatory factor for well-being-oriented human resource management. Therefore, paying attention to these factors in their interactions is essential.
