The aim of this study was to determine the effect of psychodrama on moral development, Interpersonal relationships and creativity of Sixth Grade elementary school students. The present research was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test-posttest with control group type. The statistical population of the study included all 12-year-old girl students in Sari schools in the academic year of 2016-2017. The sample consisted of 32 students who were voluntarily selected by non-random sampling method and were randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. To collect data, the Abedi’s Creativity Questionnaire (1372), Manavipour’s Spiritual Growth Scale (2007) and Interpersonal Communication Skills Questionnaire of Monajjemizadeh (2012) were used. Data were analyzed using Covariance Analysis and spss21 software. The results showed that psychodrama has no significant effect on the moral development of female students, but has a significant effect on creativity and interpersonal relationships.
