Abstract:   (18 Views)
The present study aimed to predict job burnout based on occupational stress and psychological contracts among workers of companies in Kaveh Industrial City. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of workers from companies located in Kaveh Industrial City in 2024. The sample included 370 individuals who were selected through convenience sampling. The instruments used in this study were the Job Stress Questionnaire by Chen et al. (JSQ, 2022), the Psychological Contract Questionnaire by Li et al. (PCQ, 2024), and the Job Burnout Questionnaire by Irfan et al. (JBQ, 2023). Data were analyzed using simultaneous multiple regression analysis. The findings showed that there was a significant relationship between psychological contracts and occupational stress with job burnout, and these two variables together explained 17.9% of the variance in job burnout (P < 0.05). Therefore, considering the significant relationship between psychological contracts and occupational stress with job burnout, consultants and planners can take steps toward improving job burnout among workers.
